Questions, feedback, or bug reports — we read every message and reply to each one personally.
Have a question about the tool, spotted something that looks off, or want to suggest a feature? We'd love to hear from you. CurvedTextGen is a small project, and honest feedback from the people who use it is how it gets better.
The fastest way to reach us is by email: hello@curvedtextgen.com. You can also use the form below — it sends to the same inbox.
Reporting a bug
If something isn't working the way it should, a few details will help us track it down much faster. Try to include:
- What browser you're using, and roughly which version (for example, "Chrome on Windows" or "Safari on iPhone")
- What device you're on — a laptop, a tablet, or a phone makes a difference
- What you were trying to do when the problem showed up (for example, "I typed my text, chose the spiral style, and clicked download")
- What happened instead of what you expected — even a rough description helps, like "the button did nothing" or "the SVG came out blank"
- The exact text you were working with, if you're comfortable sharing it — some spacing issues only show up with certain letters or characters
You don't need to be technical. "I clicked X and then Y happened" is a perfectly good bug report, and it's a lot more useful than a perfect one that never gets sent.
What to expect after you write
We read every message that comes in — this isn't a big company where your email disappears into a queue. That said, we're a small team (really, a small project), so please give us a little time. Most emails get a personal reply within a few days. If your message needs a fix on the site, we'll confirm we've seen it and let you know when it's sorted.
Feature suggestions get read with the same care. We can't promise every idea makes it into the tool, but the good ones shape what gets built next.
Things you probably don't need to ask about
Since CurvedTextGen has no signup or accounts, there's no login help to give — if you've been wondering how to reset a password or recover a profile, there's nothing to reset or recover. Your designs aren't stored anywhere on our end; everything you make lives in your own browser, and your downloaded PNGs and SVGs are just files on your device. So if you've lost a design, the best place to look is your own downloads folder.
Questions about how to use the tool are always welcome, though. If a style isn't doing what you expected or the exports look off, write in and we'll walk you through it.
Other ways this site can help
If you're not sure about how your text and designs are handled, the privacy policy explains it in plain English. The about page covers what the tool does and why it's free. And the terms of use spell out the basics for the whole site.
If you'd rather not write at all, that's fine too — most questions people have are answered on those pages. But when something's genuinely broken or you have an idea worth sharing, hello@curvedtextgen.com is the place, and we mean it when we say we read every message.
