CurvedTextGen is built around a simple idea: your designs should stay yours, and on your device. This page explains — in plain English — what the site does and doesn't do with your information. It isn't legalese for the sake of legalese; it's the honest version of how things work here.
The short version
The text generator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to our servers, we don't have user accounts, and the site doesn't set tracking cookies. If you email us, we use your email only to reply. That's about it.
No accounts, no uploads
There is no signup, no login, and no user profile on CurvedTextGen. Because of that, we never collect the things that accounts usually require — no usernames, no passwords, no email addresses stored in a database, no saved designs on our servers. Everything you create with the tool exists only in your own browser and in the files you choose to download.
Your text and designs stay on your device
When you use the curved text generator, all the work happens locally on your computer or phone. The text you type, the curve styles you pick, and the fonts and settings you adjust are processed by your browser's own engine and are never transmitted to us. Your words are not stored, logged, or analyzed on any server — we couldn't read them even if we wanted to, because they never reach us.
The same goes for your downloads. When you export a PNG or SVG, your browser creates that file right there on your device. We don't keep a copy, and we don't know what you made.
If you contact us
The one exception is email. If you write to hello@curvedtextgen.com or use the contact form, we receive your email address and whatever you chose to include in your message. We use that only to reply to you — to answer your question, confirm a bug report, or follow up on a suggestion. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or add it to a marketing list. If you write in with details about a problem you're having, we use those details only to understand and fix the problem.
Cookies and local storage
CurvedTextGen does not set tracking cookies and doesn't run analytics that follow you around the web. Your browser may keep ordinary local storage for the site — the kind every website uses for basic things like remembering a setting — but nothing in it identifies you or reports back to us. If we ever add analytics or advertising that changes this, we will update this page first and say so clearly.
Children's privacy
The site is free to use by anyone, and since we collect no personal data from the generator itself, there is nothing for a child to hand over by using it. If a parent or guardian believes a child has emailed us and wants that message deleted, write to hello@curvedtextgen.com and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle information changes — for example, if analytics is added or a feature someday needs an account — this page will be updated with a new "last updated" date, and the changes will be described here in the same plain language. The policy at the time you used the site is the one that applied to that visit.
